The Pumpkins Familiar

The Pumpkin’s Familiar 🎃🐈‍⬛
There’s something rather enchanting about a black cat appearing from within a pumpkin… particularly when he looks as though he’s been there all along.
The Pumpkin’s Familiar is an original illustration combining autumnal warmth with a little Halloween mischief. A black cat emerges from his rather substantial pumpkin companion, complete with a wonderfully wonky pumpkin hat and an expression that suggests he may know considerably more about the supernatural than he’s letting on.
Drawn by hand using archival inks and Polychromos coloured pencils on Fabriano Bristol paper, with plenty of attention to the texture, shading and tiny details that bring the character to life.

"I am the proud owner of a beautiful whale print of Dominics and it's surely not my last piece of art from him. It arrived very quickly, following great communication. It was well packaged and was even more stunning in real life than in the photo. Fantastic quality paper and print! I love looking at it  every day. Can't wait to pick my next piece!"
