At first glance, you’ll see a hyacinth bulb coming into bloom, flanked by its foliage. But, look closer and you’ll see it’s not what first meets the eye. The leaves are indeed towering, quirky dwellings, lifting this to a whimsical and charming piece.

Created on a heating Fabriano paper, using archival inks and a little polychromos pencil. The paper is A4 in size (8.3 in × 11.7 inches). Original signed work.
