An original artwork from my Double Exposure series, exploring the quiet connection between nature, shadow and the creatures that inhabit it.
A watchful black cat emerges from the woodland, its form dissolving into branches, foliage and the silhouette of a crow perched within. Created to feel almost like a fleeting glimpse into another world, where animal and landscape become one.
The piece combines detailed linework with layered colour and texture, using ink and Faber-Castell Polychromos pencils to create depth and atmosphere.
